Established in 1988, The Dunn Group, Inc. (TDG) is headquartered in Totowa, NJ. TDG is one of the founding competitive intelligence firms supporting the life science sector, and still remains a global leader in providing primary and secondary business intelligence. Our clients include over 70 of the leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, over-the-counter (OTC), diagnostic, and devices firms, including 30 of the top 50 firms.
Our Team
We employ a team of highly-skilled professional business and competitive intelligence analysts, with a combined 550+ years of industry experience. Our specialized staff of 15 full-time pharmaceutical executives offer various field-experience including: PhDs, MBAs, RPhs, sales and marketing.
Our team has expertise with branded products, generics/biosimilars, diagnostics, and devices, inclusive of: clinical, regulatory, marketing, selling, manufacturing, distribution, IP, and market access. All staff have comprehensive investigative/analytical skills which support the development of quality-based strategic recommendations.
In addition to our full-time staff located in NJ, we have investigative teams located globally in Europe, India and the Pacific Rim.
Leadership
Stuart Friedman
President and Founder
Stuart founded The Dunn Group, Inc. in 1988 after having spent 8 years diversifying a chemical company into the OTC industry. In the early days, Stuart was responsible for all aspects of projects ranging from proposal development, investigational activities, report generation and client interaction. Stuart's competitive drive has carried with him since his days as a professional baseball player for the Minnesota Twins franchise. Stuart holds his B.A. in Economics from Lynchberg College.
Jayson Friedman
Vice President, Consulting Services
Jayson joined the team in 2001, and brings 2-years of pharmaceutical sales rep experience and 18+ years of TDG experience to the table. In addition to maintaining his role as the VP of Consulting Services, Jayson is also responsible for leading the Business Development and Project Management departments. Jayson holds his B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston, and has an M.B.A. from Philadelphia University.
